From Scrap Glass to Candle Holder

I recently received some textured glass in my scrap bin that I collect on a regular basis from Alpine Glass Service in Portland, OR. I have found that this glass does not mix well with the other scrap-glass that I receive, however, it does fuse well to itself. I cut and layered two rounds of this beautiful textured glass and fused them over a drop-ring mold to create the candle-holder that you see below.
